jliglory Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of jliglory.org (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jliglory ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

jliglory reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of jliglory following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use jliglory, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jliglory, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jliglory or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.

jliglory employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request supporting identification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds held pending investigation in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jliglory. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliglory login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jliglory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Notify jliglory immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another player's account or allow another person to use yours.
• jliglory reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay privileges.

jliglory supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jliglory account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jliglory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. jliglory processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, typically 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to 3 banking days for bank transfers.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• jliglory reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited through a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method.
• jliglory reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All funds held in your jliglory account are held in trust for you and are not commingled with jliglory's operational funds. jliglory does not pay interest on account balances.

jliglory offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• jliglory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

All games offered on jliglory use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios. jliglory does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

By participating in any game on jliglory, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as stated in the game's information panel.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error, jliglory will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal procedures.
• jliglory reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.

Players are expected to use the Platform in good faith. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jliglory and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on jliglory.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.
• Accessing jliglory from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

jliglory cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

jliglory is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your jliglory account for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of the time and amount spent during your session.

jliglory collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jliglory, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jliglory will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliglory, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jliglory's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jliglory's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jliglory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

jliglory reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their jliglory account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jliglory operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
